Thanks ETFnerd, nice to know I'm not the only one :)

Already made some good progress as started off at 120kg (264lb) with a PT and that's working well as down to 112.5kg now (~248). Although interestingly its only when I started to research his food suggestions / diary that I found out about Paelo and realised that a lot of what he was suggesting that I eat or don't eat matched to the stuff listed there... but it sure is hard some days :)

Anyway will keep up with it as have a Squash game tonight then my sesh with the PT, also he mainly is using my weight and dumbells etc so it also fits in to the ethos talked about here. :)
