GhillieDhu Posted November 8, 2011 Author Report Share Posted November 8, 2011 Thanks ETFnerd, nice to know I'm not the only one Already made some good progress as started off at 120kg (264lb) with a PT and that's working well as down to 112.5kg now (~248). Although interestingly its only when I started to research his food suggestions / diary that I found out about Paelo and realised that a lot of what he was suggesting that I eat or don't eat matched to the stuff listed there... but it sure is hard some days Anyway will keep up with it as have a Squash game tonight then my sesh with the PT, also he mainly is using my weight and dumbells etc so it also fits in to the ethos talked about here.
