Tracey_Smith
Currently sat 20lbs above where I need to be, cycling season starts March, need to have a good mileage / fitness base before then. Overall fitness is good but I need to be more focused so that I burn off more than what I fill my face with. Diet is currently very good. Just finished a 3 day detox and feel great, sugar cravings are on hold, I feel good. Current goals: Drop 20lbs (Or as near as I can and still feel good and healthy) Complete a sportive without getting off and walking (June 2012) Win a metro league squash game. Do 100 press ups without collapsing. Do 100 crunches without stopping. Hold plank for 2 minutes, (Currently comfortable at 1 minute) Try free weights ( I have no idea where to start) Run a 1/2 marathon again by October 2012 ( I did my last one two years ago) I think that's enough for now. I have awesome support at home, I'm the only one who lets me down. There now, to all those who take the time to read, I have set out my stall for you all to see. Quote Link to comment

Tracey_Smith
At the end of the day, if I fall down, I'm the only one who loses, home support means the world to me and I know I'm really lucky x Quote Link to comment
