Day One 7/27/2015

 

10 mins flat bike 

10 min hill mode treadmill

10 mins squats, planks,hip raises, wanna-be yoga stretches 

10 mins mt.kilimanjaro mode bike.

Was on level 2 on the machines.

eventually i will up the levels and times but for now I just want to get the muscles moving

 

made it thru with a good sweat.  Will probably be sore as fuck tomorrow.

going to do this for the the first 2 weeks  eventually throw in some light  weight work.

 

Aim is 3 days a week. 

Monday,wednesday,friday

Day 2 7/29/2015

 

10 min bike hill lv 3

10 min tread ETW 3.0 last min did sprint run (balls almost exploded on me!)

10 mins squats, planks,hip raises, wanna-be yoga stretches 

10 mins bike hill lv.3

 

​after todays workout i treated my self to a Protein shake from the gyms shake store.

man did it do wonders and making me see the light about your body needing a protein boast after a workout. felt great the next day.

Day 4 

8/3/2015

 

15 mins squats, planks,hip raises, wanna-be yoga stretches 

tried a 10min HIIT Recumbent bike routine, Holy fuck i think my heart switched places with my balls.

12 min tread hill mode 3.0 speed max incline was 4.0

 

Pushed myself a bit with that HIIT jammy but all in all it kept my HR pumping for the rest of gym routine
