Broke-Dik Posted July 27, 2015 Report Share Posted July 27, 2015 Day One 7/27/2015 10 mins flat bike 10 min hill mode treadmill10 mins squats, planks,hip raises, wanna-be yoga stretches 10 mins mt.kilimanjaro mode bike.Was on level 2 on the machines.eventually i will up the levels and times but for now I just want to get the muscles moving made it thru with a good sweat. Will probably be sore as fuck tomorrow.going to do this for the the first 2 weeks eventually throw in some light weight work. Aim is 3 days a week. Monday,wednesday,friday Link to comment

Broke-Dik Posted August 4, 2015 Author Report Share Posted August 4, 2015 Day 4 8/3/2015 15 mins squats, planks,hip raises, wanna-be yoga stretches tried a 10min HIIT Recumbent bike routine, Holy fuck i think my heart switched places with my balls.12 min tread hill mode 3.0 speed max incline was 4.0 Pushed myself a bit with that HIIT jammy but all in all it kept my HR pumping for the rest of gym routine Link to comment
