I've been training regulary for many years, with the past 18 months or so dedicated to Hardstyle Kettlebell practice. I also love the barbell. Currently, I am performing heavy(ish) double KB complexes 3 times per week, and practicing other lifts on the off days. Any other hardstyle disciples around here? Comicbooks have always been a strong source of inspiration for me to push my body to get bigger and stronger.
