New Front Squat PR

I'm pretty psyched about hitting a big new PR on my front squat last week. My flexibility has improved a lot since my last 1RM attempt back in March, and it made a huge difference. My old 1RM was 195#, and my form was atrocious. This past Friday, I lifted 255# and my coach didn't have anything negative to say about my form. I know that increase was only partly strength and partly form/flexibility improvements, but it felt really good.
