geojaxon Posted October 10, 2015 Report Share Posted October 10, 2015 Hey everyone I am Geojaxon, I recently realized that I am just a kid going from one sugar high to the next with a couple of Mt Dew's in-between. I need to get my eating habits under control and get in some exercise. I have recently started gaining again after a good 6-12 months of being stable. I originally started out at around 270 Lbs but decided to give up beer and was amazed when I dropped almost 40 Lbs in 6 months or so. I am back up to almost 240 now and since our oven broke I have been eating out almost every meal for the last 3 weeks. I am going to start lurking here on the forums and hopefully learn some good ideas to eat healthier and get started with some backyard exercise. I feel like if I don't get started soon I will never be able to get healthy and feel good about myself physically. The time is now and I just need to keep motivated to keep going.
