Ladyaquinas Posted October 27, 2015 Report Share Posted October 27, 2015 Hola Nerd Fitness Folks, I am a stay at home mom ( I perfer the title domestic engineer though) of four kids 4 and under. I live in Payette, Idaho (that's real country!) I play guitar, sing, am catholic, love life! I am ready for change, and so is my awesome husband! I am also a nerd, reading constantly about anything I am interested I am about 170 lbs 5' 6" and I am looking to get in shape. I just started the beginner body weight workout monday, Wed, Fri, and I do 1 hour of zumba tue thur. I am also doing exercises to zip my abs back up from all the pregnancies. I am pretty sure I have diastasis recti. Starting next month our household is going to be switching to a 20/80 paleo diet. Anyone have any suggestions. I am open to thoughts. I can't offer any specific advice, but think whatever you do that's better, you'll see improvements. I'm a fan of start anywhere, and adjust to fit you.
