Morrigainz
Today, when going to the bathroom, I noticed that I can sort of see my leg muscles! Also, it's easier for me to choke down almond butter without anything else today! Although I still don't like it as much as peanut butter. Quote Level ? Maggie May
No, I was gonna say! Without salt tastes like POOP. although that's probably not the right answer. I have low blood pressure so I don't worry too much about salt... ANYway... just read your ingredients list and make sure it says: "Ingredients: Almonds, salt." There shouldn't be anything else in it! Quote Link to comment
Morrigainz
Hm. "Almonds, organic unrefined cane sugar, palm oil, salt." Quote Level ? Half-Dwarf/Half-Amazon Warrior STR:21.25 STA:15 DEX: 10.95 CON: 14 WIS:15.5 CHA:17 SWOLE BUCKS: 1 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Link to comment
Corbab
To quote one of my friend's sweatshirts: "Whoa, dude! Liferuiner!" If you can, I'd venture outside of Walmart for your almond buttering. The sugar isn't going to kill you, but it might sneak up on you if your diet's on the edge of awesome. Still, legs ftw, and keep on trucking with the almond butter. It's amazing stuff.
