dancadera Posted February 6, 2012 Report Share Posted February 6, 2012 Hey guys,Been doing Steve's Dumbell Division and the Operation Slim Down plan, which I've been strictly following. So far in 3.5 weeks I dropped 7 pounds exactly. That's a lot for me as I was only 162 to start. My goal is to hit 150 (ideal weight for my height according to the guide) and I'm already over halfway there. Not to sound like a commercial, but coughing up the extra $10 for the meal plan made a huge difference as it took all the guesswork out which I needed.The weirdest part is when people ask what I'm doing is making it not sound like some miracle diet. Eating right and exercising = losing weight. Who knew? Quote Link to comment

As you get closer to your goal it'll probably happen slower (just a warning) so don't give up! Also - did you take those before/after photos? Be sure to post some at the end of your challenge.
