ZFJango
This is the Zombie Fighter Jango Beginning workout using hand weights made from sports drink bottles that have been filled with gravel. This workout builds up an amazing amount of heat in the core muscles, and burns calories at a high rate. I created this workout based on Ashtanga Yoga, bilateral movement, boxing, and Irish Stick Fighting. Not only does this workout build strength and burn fat, but it burns fighting movements into your muscle memory. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RripbZw6wAY Quote Link to comment
ZFJango
I had to post this! I managed to bend 2 Ironmind Red Nails in a row! Moving toward my goal. I could not even wobble these steel bars a month ago. 2 Quote Link to comment

ZFJango
I haven't posted in a few days, but I have been working out, trying to keep up with the timeline of my goals while still keeping every aspect of my life in order. Balance. Balance is key. We have to make time for all things important. I have still managed to reach milestones on my Road O' Goals, and here is one of them: 1 Quote Link to comment
ZFJango
A couple of weeks ago, I barely made 6 reps with the Sub Advanced Steel Bender's Helper, and yesterday I slammed out 26 repetitions! I only certified for the Feats of Strength list for 10 reps, though, because I did not allow the SBH to fully extend on a few of the reps. I got carried away! It is all about persevering, and maintaining forward motion when it comes to fitness. Workout, time to heal, nutrition, and goals. ATTAINABLE goals on the way to larger goals so that we can have successes, because success breeds success. 1 Quote Link to comment

Sloth, that has been my sole workout for almost 2 months now. I do cardio and core, but as far as upper body workout, this has been it. My strength gains have been phenomenal, and muscle gains as well as definition has been out of this world. 2 Quote Link to comment

ZFJango
*P.S. I do not skip leg day, just so you know. My leg days are every other day when I tow a 150 pound wagon with a 90 pound Dog in it for 2 miles! My boy Dog, Luke, he is the big red Dog there, he has hip dysplasia, and he stopped eating when he couldn't get out for jogs with Ginny and I. He was depressed, so I did what I had to do. Now, the girl, Ginny, she is getting older, so sometimes she has to ride for a while to take a break, which puts my load up over 300 pounds. 1 Quote Link to comment
ZFJango
Failed to bend a really tough bar today, but then succeeded at a slightly less tough bar, so not too bad. Quote Link to comment
