Hi all! I found this site through a google search for "Nerd fitness", surprise. Already 'kind of' fit but have been struggling with a slowly spreading wasteline and flagging exercise due to energy levels etc. Looking forward to the benefits of making my diet more paleo (used to be a vegan so it should be fairly easy to adapt) and getting back into the habit of swimming and climbing as well as expanding that to include a little strength training.

My current goals are to bring my body fat under control (to <10%), increase my concentration and mental energy, and take up running. To the future!
