empeg9000 Posted April 11, 2012 Report Share Posted April 11, 2012 Personal record woot!!! One of my big goals for the current challenge was to do 3 sets of 20 push ups. A couple weeks back Waldo recommended I try doing 100 push ups in as few sets as possible. So I started that. The first time it was 12. then it went down to 9. Then 7, then 6 last week. Monday I did 20-20-19!!! I was close but I still did the 100 in 6 sets so I was happy. Then today I did 24-20-20!!! WOOT!! I still finished up my hundred and did ANOTHER set of 20 and then I was only able to manage 18 in the last set. I still did 100 in 5 sets!!! I am so pumped up today!! I also did 4 sets of 4 pull ups with an assist band which is the most I have done. Quote Check out my woodworking at peonywoodworks. Link to comment
