I'm new on the forum. I just turned 30 this year and basically am very unhappy with my where my physical health is. My diet is mostly crap, I'm over weight and my stamina stinks.

 

I am looking for ways to change all that and have it stick. Normally I charge in and go all out for up to maybe two months. So far Nerdfitness is helping me to force myself to slow down a little and really establish HABITS that will last.

 

I have been slowly completing quests, and doing a little more posting on the facebook group.

 

My plan? To keep taking small steps forward. To think before I rush in. To enjoy the journey, and stop worrying about the destination.
