herpius_derpius7
laksdfndsoi f sdof dsiofndsiof9 dsf d sf this site, I love it. It's like everything I am srslyand all my friends thought I was crazy when I themed my workouts around Naruto, The Legend of Zelda, The Lord of the Rings, and Pokemon, haha I thought I was the only one who did things along this linegg noobshaha anyway, I found this site through herehttp://nerdfitness.com/blog/2011/07/21/meet-staci-your-new-powerlifting-super-hero/which I found one someone's TumblryAomg I don't really know what to say. I'm Meg(han?), I'm 20, a sophomore in college with literally no direction. I like to lift and play sports, and I like to study languages, astronomy, and nutrition in my spare time. I used to be big and then I was thin and then I was big again and that's where I am now. I've struggled with various eating "issues" in the past but I eventually get over them and occasionally fall back into them, haha.I type like I talk, which means I type pretty sporadically, but if I decide to make the effort I can sound decently articulate. I just usually don't choose to, hahahaI used to lift often, but then fall quarter this year I discovered League of Legends and ever since then I've opted to sit around for hours playing it instead of doing other, more productive things like exercising/going to class/sleeping. However, I've gotten better control of myself lol and now I'm lifting 3-4x/week and following Bodybuilding.com's LiveFit program, which is weird for me because it has me doing more reps than I'm used to. (I prefer 3-8 but it has me doing 12; it's a nice change of pace, though.) I love barbells :3 As far as cardio goes, I'd honestly rather just play sports like soccer, tennis, and basketball with my friends than go out-of-the-way to do cardiovascular "workouts", but occasionally I'll throw in sprints or something at the end of a lifting session. My diet is pretty messy. I'm living on-campus, but it's really no excuse since there are plenty of healthy options available. Lately my sleeping schedule has been pretty off (read: completely reversed and/or non-existent) so most of what I've been eating has been pretzels, popcorn, cheez-its, m&ms, and beef jerky (along with the occasional apple/almonds/oatmeal/peanut butter) because every place I could potentially get food is closed when I'm awake. Ideally, though, I'll be eating lots of protein (chicken and turkey burgers and gg).Anyway, I'm just a little girl trying to get fit and kick some ass, dw about itIf you want to know more, I haveA personal tumblrhttp://nikusei.tumblr.com/A fitblrhttp://inf1nity-edge.tumblr.com/A BodySpacehttp://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/herpiusderpius7/and a Fitocracy accounthttp://www.fitocracy.com/profile/megzilla33/and I'm friendly, I promise, haha!
