Steve in VA Posted December 9, 2017 Report Share Posted December 9, 2017 Hello everyone, My name is Steve and I'm brand new here to NerdFitness. If you're interested, allow me to tell you a little bit about myself. I'm 51 years old, way overweight, out of shape and well into have a heart attack and die territory. No, I've not had a heart attack but every male on my dad's side has died from one. I'd like to break the cycle. I'm not exactly sure how I found the site but it caught my interest and I've joined the academy. I've begun checking quests off and have even leveled up a bit. I'll share more details in the future, I'm generally a private person and it might take me a bit to open up.
