Cid Jacobs
Today marks exactly one year since I decided to live my life the opposite of the way my instincts were telling me. I use to decline going out with friends in favor of sitting on the couch and eating. I use to "rest" rather than exercise. I use to eat garbage instead of treating food like fuel. I wasn't happy and couldn't even play with my son without getting winded. I decided to embrace life and actually experience it rather than be a passive observer. I have gone from 352 pounds to now 202. I'm 6'1, and still have a long ways to go. I need to drop the extra weight and build muscle. I am 53% muscle by body weight, and really need to see some gains. I do fasted cardio every morning, but have no idea what to do in the gym or at home to build muscle. Looking for help, inspiration and community. 2 Quote Link to comment
