Hey Everyone!

 

I decided to join the community to try to have some support during my journey of trying to tone up and lose fat.  Also, I joined so I can learn more about what my goals mean and how to more effectively reach them.  Even though I do have a good amount of knowledge on health, food, exercise, mental health and wellness and things of the like, I just thought that joining a community reaching different health goals could help!
