First four week challenge

Hi. New to this and never posted anything anywhere before! Excited by the adventure of nerdfitness and think it is the way to go.

Overall quest is to be a healthier and more positive version of me.

Challenges for the four weeks:

- complete beginner body weight work out once a week

- drink one less latte a week

- eat an apple every other day

- Save £1 a day

(You said it was ok to start small!)

Those are great goals. I have found that the people who make small goals and learn to stick to them are generally more consistent than people who make huge goals. Making huge goals often leads to discouragement, and quitting. Small goals  usually leads to success and sticking with it.
