Counting calories now and have lost a few more pounds.

I started using My Fitness Pal two weeks ago. I have been counting my calories and staying under my goal. I do about an hour of cardio every day and plan to get back to doing body weight exercises as soon as I have a chance to put together my pull up bar for doorways. I can use it for sit ups too so that will be nice.

I have lost a couple more pounds too which brings the total amount lost so far to about 52 pounds over the last two years. I was hoping to simply be maintaining my weight loss now rather than still trying to lose but I really only have myself to blame since I should have paid more attention to my diet than I was.

Oh well I would rather be 185 pounds than 237!
