macktastic Posted April 23, 2018 Report Share Posted April 23, 2018 It has been three months since I joined nerd fitness and while I am building the habit of going to the gym three times a week, my eating has been off track and has left me feeling gross, bloated, and unhappy. I have it in my mind that I will start this again in a couple of weeks (at a time that seems more convenient) but I owe it to myself to start now. I want to see progress now. So I will try this again and take it slower to see if I can have more lasting permanent change on my health and fitness. 1 Quote Link to comment
