Mums on the Run Fundraiser for Farm Sanctuary

Hey everyone, I'm cross-posting this with permission from my blog. I wanted to mention the race here, even though I don't think many (any?) of you live in Vegas. If you know anyone who does, please tell them about this event!

On Sunday, May 13 (Mother's Day) at 8am Elemental Running & Training is having a 1M/5K/10K race called Mums on the Run. Vegas Veg has teams for each distance, and we're running to honor animal mothers like laying hens, dairy cows, and sows confined in gestation crates. To make this more than lip-service we're raising money for Farm Sanctuary, which is an organization that rescues animals from factory farms.
