Jessica Marie Posted May 22, 2018 Report Share Posted May 22, 2018 Hi all, I joined the Nerd Fitness Academy about 3 weeks ago, and I'm looking forward to start participating in challenges. I have about 20-25 pounds to lose, and lost about 25 pounds a couple of years ago from my highest weight (3 months postpartum). I have been doing yoga regularly for several years now, walk 10K+ steps almost every day, and I'm hoping to add some strength training to my routine and do better about eating healthy and wholesome foods-- and the right amount! My biggest stumbling blocks are hitting the vending machine/eating out while at work, snacking or drinking alcohol in the evenings, and lack of routine for strength training. Currently on NF Bodyweight level 3, although I may play around with some of the gym levels too. I'm not sure where I would fit in faction-wise, but I'm looking forward to doing challenges. 1 Quote Link to comment
