Fix my flat *ss

Deads, squats(any type, A2G), KB swings, hip thrusts, glute bridges, etc. They all work as long as you're properly activating the glutes. I've read that many Americans suffer from "gluteal amnesia", so there could be some of that going on for you too. A while back the RKC had a video dedicated to "kettlebell butt". It was all about women building magnificent glutes via the KB swing. I'll see if I can find it for inspirational purposes.

Any suggestions for exercises that will give me the J Lo butt I've always dreamed of?

1) eat lots of cookies and you'll get a ghetto booty

2) JLo is not attractive at all... pick another booty to wish for. Try Shakira or Velvet Skye

3) Then do all of the above excercises already mentioned

My ass has rounded out a little since my '15 squats per pee' rule. Sounds crazy, but being a busy mum of 2 I don't get much proper workout time, so now I have to do 15 squats everytime I go into the bathroom. Which is a heap of times per day.

Make sure you take before and after shots with this one!
