SThom180 Posted April 30, 2012 Report Share Posted April 30, 2012 Deads, squats(any type, A2G), KB swings, hip thrusts, glute bridges, etc. They all work as long as you're properly activating the glutes. I've read that many Americans suffer from "gluteal amnesia", so there could be some of that going on for you too. A while back the RKC had a video dedicated to "kettlebell butt". It was all about women building magnificent glutes via the KB swing. I'll see if I can find it for inspirational purposes.Edit: Couldn't find it. Sorry. Sounds crazy, but being a busy mum of 2 I don't get much proper workout time, so now I have to do 15 squats everytime I go into the bathroom. Which is a heap of times per day.
