Weight loss jump!

Soo... until this morning I hadn't weighed myself since the end of February. Partially this is because the scale we have at home is incredibly cheap and doesn't seem to work any more. Partially it is because I didn't think I'd been eating very well - there's been a fair amount of chocolate, and I went on vacation to my mom's birthday so there was a lot of junk food then, and...

Anyway, last time I checked, I was 141. (Down from 165ish early last summer.)

This morning, I jumped on the scale at the gym, and... 61 kilos. WTF. That's 134 pounds. I thought I'd been doing badly, but I dropped 7 pounds.

Part of it is that I've just started Leangains, and I was in the middle of a fast, and had also not had any liquids in the morning because I was getting a body fat measurement (26.8%, I'm happy.) But still, even adding a couple pounds for that... Holy cow. I can't remember ever even being under 140. I think I must have last been this weight when I was about 13 or 14 years old.
