oh hell yeah

hey everybody.

just thought I would post a woot from my workout this morning. doing squats with the bar on my back. I managed 10 reps with 140Kg. the heaviest I have done yet. I do get curious about what my 1 rep max would be but as I train on my own I prefer to do it so I do not end up putting on too much and causing an injury.

either way I am starting to feel like He-man after a leg workout now lol
