New to all this, but with a stumbling block

Hi! Just wanted to introduce myself! I’m chris, 35 y o, software developer who drinks too much beer and loves fast food! Since Monday I joined I have eaten almost 100 percent paleo except for beer, lost 2 pounds already. Unfortunately I have a condition where if I cough too hard I can pass out, well it happened in my kitchen on Thursday and I freaked up my back! So I’m doing all I can with diet until I can move like a normal person.... might do the warm up and cool downs with the pain meds until I can go workout fully.

Thank you very much! I think all it took was some motivation. My big WHY is this:

 

I wake up and go to bed depressed because I lack the motivation to change the way I live.

 

i know it might be depressing, but it’s the truth. I’m 80 pounds overweight and I hate it!
