Loyal Posted November 5, 2010 Report Share Posted November 5, 2010 New 1rm: Squat - 300lbs Deadlift - 300lbs Bench - 240lbs I haven't been on here much for most of the summer unfortunately. But I've been doing stronglifts most of the summer and also another routine that a bud of mine(who just happens to be a personal trainer) showed me. Thanks to this, I went from barely being able to squat/deadlift the bar... to doing 300 pounds in just a couple months!!! So, I haven't gone AWOL. I'm still rocking with powerlifting and I plan on spending the next 2-3 months cutting like a madman. So that should be fun. Quote Link to comment
