Hello everyone I just joined today.  I came across nerd fitness while hunting for bodyweight workouts. Then I saw the Level up you life book and had to pick it up I love the concept.   

I'm at a point in my life where I'm looking to get back in shape. I took some Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu years ago but now I just feel tired all the time. My goals are to expand myself physically and mentally .
