VanGrrl57
Hi to all here. I'm a member here but health issues have been plaguing me for awhile thus undermining previous goals I had set for myself. This time, I joined the Academy. I need some accountability and a better approach. I will have to undergo knee replacement surgery on January 25th which will require recovery time but I will start by changing my eating habits as well as doing what I can while recovering from surgery. I will stay in touch and I look forward to when I can get into the swing of things after my recovery time. 1 Quote VanGrrl's Third Challenge Link to comment
Balthazar77
Welcome and glad to have you back!! How long is your recovery time? You can always focus on mindset and nutrition while you are limited in the fitness realm. Also, can you do any fitness that does not use your legs? Just anything to get your heart rate up and burn calories? Also, by doing small activities for your upper body, your endorphins will elevate and help with the pain you will have from your surgery. Reagrdless, we’re here for you!!! You got this!!
