I'm in the process of planning out a year-long respawn and need your help. I would like to do some sort of test at the end of the year that will allow me to prove to myself that I'm truly back in shape. I'm thinking something like the Marine Corps Fitness Test... The main difference I'm looking for is that I don't want it to involve any equipment if possible, and no crunches because they suck. BarefootDawsy Posted August 30, 2019 Author Report Share Posted August 30, 2019 Did a bit of googling and worked out that the MCFT has changed somewhat and they now allow pushups instead of pull-ups, and planks instead of crunches!
