I have been exercising (just started a plank challenge); but feel the need once again for a sense of community that I've only ever found in these forums. I know what you mean, this community is the only place where I feel others appreciate my efforts and offer comradery simply by being here. Where to begin... I joined Rising Heroes Left Rising Heroes & came back here Got a very active job so I left again Joined a gym with friends & most bailed on me or didn't have my level of commitment. fitnessgurl Posted November 17, 2019 Author Report Share Posted November 17, 2019 So I tanked the rest of this week. It's unfortunate...but it happens. Being a full-time caregiver to my mom is both physically & mentally draining (mostly mental at this point as she is fairly independent from a physical standpoint)(she has dementia). Anyway, she was sick so it consumed all of my time. This evening I literally crashed. I slept for 2 hours straight.
