Stew, apple, cereal, pancakes, chips and peanut butter, shredded wheat dipped in peanut butter, and 4 slices of bread with sugar and cinnamon. Going to be super heavy tomorrow. lol Back hurt a bit on my bed and a little bit through out the day. Gonna try to not binge tomorrow. Quote Battle Log Link to comment

I SO relate to this whole thread, just intense stress, work sucks big, and wanting to eat to make it feel less horrendous, weight fluctuating or not moving the right direction even with major effort, pain, etc. If there’s anything you need for accountability, encouragement, just someone to talk to, I’m here with ears (eyes, we are typing ha) open! x Quote Link to comment
