I'm pretty good goal wise so I'll just wait till next round but if I miss it in the future I'll just jump in.@eggs and lettuce: I set a goal in February to deadlift 400lb and run a 5 minute mile by the end of the year. My starting pionts were deadlift 1RM: 335lb and a mile in 5:56 I realy have my work cut out for me for the mile goal, the deadlift I plan on crushing in 8 days, so I'll have to make that end of year goal harder. Powerlifting rocks, but I'll be cutting back to focus on the running. To find piece with myselfI must first find a piece of myself Link to comment
