Yo, you can't just talk about a supplement and not discuss dosing.

Start at 1 capsule before and after training and build up to ten before and twenty after in order to maximize the something something while building 10x more muscle as proven by this totally not made up study.

Why must I put a name on the foods I choose to eat and how I choose to eat them? Rather than tell people that I eat according to someone else's arbitrary rules, I'd rather just tell them, I eat healthy. And no, my diet does not have a name.My daily battle log!
