This is where I will keep my log for both my Workouts and my Food Logs.

I beat BERSERXES THE SQUAT KING!!!

 

Food Log

 

Breakfast - Black Coffee

 

11:30 - Black Coffee

 

Lunch 13:00 Satsuma, Tuna, sweetcorn & Mayo Sandwich,   Pint of Semi-skimmed milk and powdered greens.

 

DInner 15:00 - 3 Slices home baked bread, Tuna mayo sweetcorn, Chocolate Alpro Desert
