jeramieb
When I started (lifting heavy things) I was unable to do a traditional back squat due to limited range of motion in my left shoulder that came after rotator cuff surgery back in September... Today I squatted 205lbs 3x3!! I definitely felt like I could have done more but slow and steady wins the race.I can squat myself without shoulder pain!!
