I think this is probably one of the cooler forums out there, good stuff going on here.I'm a classic nerdy jock Anyway, I'm a strength coach, work with highschool athletes and weekend warriors.Mostly BB lifts, bodyweight, some strongman/odd lifts, and simple conditioning.KISS is my motto.
