I've started working work a new PT who advocates a paleo style diet and I found this site whilst doing research. I was really inspired by Staci's story so I decided to join the forum. 8ball Posted May 10, 2012 Author Report Share Posted May 10, 2012 Hello thanks for the welcome.I'd like to get back to the fitness level I was at 6 months ago for starters - 35kg deadlifts and squats, using 12 and 15kg kettlebells. After that I'd like to be able to increase the weights until I can at least deadlift my own bodyweight. I have around 50lbs to lose too, which I'm confident will gradually be shed as time goes on.
