Evening all!

I'm Becky from Nottingham, UK. I've started working work a new PT who advocates a paleo style diet and I found this site whilst doing research. I was really inspired by Staci's story so I decided to join the forum. I want to get strong, develop endurance and resolve a lifelong weight problem!

Hello :) thanks for the welcome.

I'd like to get back to the fitness level I was at 6 months ago for starters - 35kg deadlifts and squats, using 12 and 15kg kettlebells. After that I'd like to be able to increase the weights until I can at least deadlift my own bodyweight. I have around 50lbs to lose too, which I'm confident will gradually be shed as time goes on.
