Exercise mat for wood floors?

So we finally gave our ugly carpet the boot and got the wood floors we've wanted for years. Overall they are great, but I'm finding it complicates my workouts. For both comfort and floor protection, I'm thinking I need a mat of some kind. I don't have a dedicated workout room, so it would need to be easy to set up and break down each time.

I am on the Dumbell Division of the Rebel Strength Guide, so I do both floor exercises and dumbbell work. Whatever mat I get, it would need to be suitable for both.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

I've got mat for my office by Golds Gym that consists of 6 mat squares that you connect together. Its pretty big, more than 4x6. It was cheap too, $16 if I recall correctly (at Wal Mart). I don't keep it on the floor, taking it apart and storing it in the corner after each use. I'm pretty happy with it, and I use it for the same thing that you would be using it for.
