I’ll do a weight 2x not 3x then up weight. 2.5kg on squats, deadlifts and rows. 1kg on the rest. Quote Link to comment

Still assisted but by much less. Always in the rings. mild progression on Chins. From 8x3 to 6x4. Quote Link to comment
