Flexibility Compliment (also woot)

Ghost here,

Just minding my own business in the back room of the local gym, and suddenly all my classmates flood the room. All the guys are watching the girls stretch and do the splits. So I finish up my workout and start some stretches, drop into splits.

Meanwhile the girls have finished up their stretches and notice me in the corner.

"Wow look, Tom can do them. Hey Tom, you are the most flexible guy I have ever seen." says a girl.

"Whoa, I couldn't do that." says the guys.

I used to be like those guys, inflexible, saying I couldn't do something. But then I realised with a bit of practice it could.

So I am happy that I am making progress, and I got a compliment.

Not completely sure of names, but just 5 minutes a day of basic stretches. Things like deep lunges, Toe touches, Butterfly sit, and just holding the lowest position of splits I could. The progress I have made is astounding.

I just do them when I wake up and it is so easy I can't understand why people wouldn't stretch.

And the compliment made my day.
