Back after....a decade?!

Geez, I can't be sure, but it feels like 10 years since the last time. Meanwhile I've been maintaining, riding a 10 pound roller coaster, not rusting out but not hitting any peaks either. I'm back to knock the rust off and get my 50-year-old seat warmer ready for a vibrant second half. 

 

I'm in the Virginia Beach, VA area if anyone needs a battle buddy.

Welcome back! I live in Newport News and am just coming back myself.  I'm with you on the roller coaster. Been doing the slow click-click-click uphill part pretty much the whole year and a half I've been gone.

Thank you, Little_Fox! I'm sore as hell after the first activity a few days ago...it's both encouraging and not. NOT because what I did would be a light warmup 20 years ago, but encouraging because it means I sent the right signal. I see you're working back up, too -- glad to see that there are nerds pretty close by!
