You know you're doing well when...

your trainer looks at you and says "DAAAANG!"

I had a fitness assessment yesterday. In the six weeks since the last one, I have gone from 17.19% to 14.99% in bodyfat, dropped my waist from 47 to 45.5 inches, taken my chest from 50 to 48 inches, and brought the hip-to-waist ratio down to .98.

The best part came when I dropped to the mat and busted out a gymnastic bridge, cold, after sitting 8 hours at my desk. That was when she said "DAAAANG!":topsy_turvy:

Then she started saying things like "You could get really big" and "4% bodyfat wouldn't be an impossible goal". That gave me pause. Me? I've never been that lean! Big yes, but lean? Wow...
