I am new here, and I don't know what to say so I'll try to get to the point My objective : There's this workout called P90X3 (see https://www.workoutscheduler.net/calendar/p90x3-lean/) and I want to be able to accomplish this. The problem : I always end up giving up after 2 weeks or so, and I don't want that The solution : Keeping a daily journal on this website (I hope it's okay) and workout for 90 days STRAIGHT ___ Honestly I started doing this whole keep a journal thing after joining a forum to stop playing video game so much. So far it's been working pretty well. I hope I will have similar results here. ... I ain't good with this whole talking thing, glad to be here though. TTFL Quote Link to comment
