I'm 23, female, 5'4", and 155lbs. After graduating from college (and binge drinking all of senior year) I've put a few extra lbs I'd never seen before. Transitioning to 9-5 adulthood hasn't been the best for my health either. I'm tired of sitting around and putting on extra weightMy "normal" weight was 145 for the past 5 years - first clue its time to get back into shape! As for goals, I don't really care about my weight, amount I can lift, etc; I just want to feel better, look better, and move better... (maybe nab me a boyfriend after a new hot bod? ) I look forward to the NF community, tips, and support!-hg Link to comment
