BeckyBuckeye Posted May 17, 2012 Report Share Posted May 17, 2012 I've been doing the C25K as part of the challenge and just to prove to myself that I can do it, so today was 2 times through 8 minutes jogging with a 5 minute walk between and 5 minute warmup and cooldown. I accidentaly went a little too far to make it back in time, so I walked about 4 extra minutes, but I just mapped the whole thing and I went 3.11 miles=5.00 km! Somewhere around 36 minutes!
