progress126 Posted May 17, 2012 Report Share Posted May 17, 2012 So the other day I had to work out in the morning as I was unable to do my regular Monday night workout. I was equating as per usual and once I was done, the pt who was setting up the Smith machine for his client said "Those are some nice, deep squats!" to which I replied "Thanks! Ain't no other way!" Another pt I am friends with (who also teaches step classes and also does competitive eating) said " I betcha Chris (the gym's Crossfit certified guy) likes those squats!"Totally made my day! Plus I was squatting 205# that morning. Figuring I weigh 208-210, I felt good about those squats! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] "Yeah, I got this!" -andygates Link to comment
