Hello everyone,

 

I'm a new member and happy to be here. I'm completely new to fitness. I've been sedentary all my life as have my family members and I'm finally looking to make a change and break the cycle. I often feel confused and overwhelmed by the variety of often contradictory advice on diet and exercise on the internet so I was hoping joining a forum would help by allowing me to meet others and learn what strategies are working for them in reality.

Welcome to the rebellion! This is a great place to learn and a wonderful community. 

The simplest way to out it is move and eat real food. Any movement is better than none, and only make a tiny change to nutrition to start.
