I've been sedentary all my life as have my family members and I'm finally looking to make a change and break the cycle. I often feel confused and overwhelmed by the variety of often contradictory advice on diet and exercise on the internet so I was hoping joining a forum would help by allowing me to meet others and learn what strategies are working for them in reality. The simplest way to out it is move and eat real food. Any movement is better than none, and only make a tiny change to nutrition to start.
