This time I am planning on getting in shape and staying that way.My goals areLose 15 poundsIncrease my flexibilityDo 20 push ups. I can currently only do them on my knees. Link to comment

Push-ups are an essential exercise routine, I recommend building up upper body strength and keep doing those Knee-pushups and then you'll eventually be able to do normal ones, OR you can attempt normal ones (albeit, you'll be shaking a lot while you're doing so) and then after some time you'll start doing them flawlessly.
