New Recruit

Hello

I just started that Rebel Fitness Guide today. I've started and failed diets and work out plans many times.

This time I am planning on getting in shape and staying that way.

My goals are

Lose 15 pounds

Increase my flexibility

Do 20 push ups. I can currently only do them on my knees.

Welcome to the Rebellion! Here we can help you with anything you might need, from Advice to Motivation, just don't hesitate to ask. Push-ups are an essential exercise routine, I recommend building up upper body strength and keep doing those Knee-pushups and then you'll eventually be able to do normal ones, OR you can attempt normal ones (albeit, you'll be shaking a lot while you're doing so) and then after some time you'll start doing them flawlessly.   • Build my brother a Destiny 2 Lamp
  • Learn how to do a Handstand
  • Play 1 song on the acoustic guitar
  • Clean up the Christmas Decorations and finish setting up my apartment (hang things up, plus some other few things that need to be organized)
  • Re-introduce Pull-ups into my routine
  • Build a shelving unit next to my Desk
