Hallo!

New to this board.

Learned about this site from another site (AoM), found what you had here exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for that.

Bit of info:

Current goal is to loose weight - 96 to 85kg by end August (Needs to get my fat behind onto kite board this year, tired of body dragging).

Started quasi-paleo diet on the 17th of May 2012 (so far so good) only eat limited carbs (pasta or what have you) at dinner (I currently live with my parents and work out of the house on part time basis while I look for another job, so not really a choice).
